Raspberry smoothie

                                                       What you need

                                                       1 cup raspberries
                                                       1tbsp chia seeds
                                                       2 canes  celery
                                                       1        apple
                                                       3tbsp gluten-free oats
                                                       1cup almond/rice milk
                                                       1/2cup water


                                                      Directions

Blend the ingredients on the highest level until smooth. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve.
