 If you freeze a banana until solid, then whiz it up in a blender or food processor, it gets creamy and a little gooey, just like custard ice cream. 
  

                                                   INGREDIENTS
                                           few frozen bananas
                                           little splash of almond/soja/rice milk or coconut water
                                           few medjol dates for extra sweetness
                                           chia seeds, cashews, goji, cranberries for decorating


                                                DIRECTIONS


  1. Blend the frozen banana pieces in a small food processor or powerful blender: Pulse the frozen banana pieces. We've found that a small food processor or chopper works best.
  2. Add milk and few dates
  3. Blend for few seconds - until smooth
  4. Decorate with seeds, nuts or berries
